You can hear the ocean waves breaking and the pier can be seen in the living area and the bedroom. You can see the private alley used by the beach front houses in this photo; the wide sand beach is on the other side of the beach houses. This view is from standing in the bedroom; the living area has same pier view. From the balcony the beach and ocean is very close...down the stairs, out the private pedestrian gate, a few steps and you're on the beach.
